Fundraising Coaching – Nonprofit organizations and leaders can benefit from an experienced fundraising coach able to help them improve their fundraising practices and results. We have helped many organizations to improve their routine (non-campaign) fundraising from Individual, Corporate, and Foundation donors.
Campaign Counsel – We have helped a wide range of organizations to plan and implement both comprehensive and capital campaigns with goals ranging from less than $1 million into the hundreds of millions of dollars. Case development is a particular strength of the firm.
Board and Staff Training – We teach client staff and board members how to advocate and fundraise more effectively. See the Practical Fundraising™ page for more about this.
Grantseeking Assistance - This is a long-time strength of the firm and builds on Mike Montgomery’s unique personal experience as a grant maker, evaluator and grant writer. We help organizations to write many different kinds of proposals but our real strength is using the writing process to help clients convert an idea into a fully-developed program ready for grant funding.
Strategic and Program Planning - We help clients to accurately identify the major challenges and opportunities facing their organizations. We then assist clients in preparing to meet those challenges and opportunities through strategic and program planning using an approach to planning that combines the fact-based analysis of classic corporate planning with the facilitated consensus-building of traditional nonprofit strategic planning.
Direct Mail and Digital Fundraising Services – In collaboration with the Bidlack Creative Group, we offer direct mail and digital fundraising consulting and implementation services. Whether you need help “tweaking” your annual appeal or a one stop shop to assume responsibility for your large outgoing appeals, we can help you.
Fundraising and Communications Assessments – With Bidlack we also do Fundraising and Communications Assessments designed to help nonprofit organizations to better understand the fundraising challenges they face, to consider their options, and adjust their fundraising and supporting communications for continued success
